Our aim is to find the ideal property for our clients, to negotiate the acquisition price in order to secure a more favourable contract and to oversee the purchase to completion. We work for our client only; we do not work for either the property agent or the vendor. We are particularly well informed via our many contacts and sources and can provide in depth appraisal of the current property market with both insight and keen perception.
We have considerable professional expertise and are in continuous touch with the market place. Through our long-term, established contacts within the property market, we are able to tailor our search to a client's specific requirements quickly and professionally. We pride ourselves on our rapid response times and regular updates as to progress on searching. Our service is flexible and can adapt promptly to adjust to any changes in the clients' search criteria, indeed this is seen as an essential part of the service provided . At all times the highest standard of professional ethics are observed.
Our over-riding objective is to ease the buying process and to remove some of the strain.
When searching on behalf of corporate clients seeking to relocate staff in the UK, we set up a reporting regime whereby, at any one time, the status of the search and the buying process can be known to the company HR Division/personnel staff managers who administer and oversee staff relocations.
In all cases we prefer to hold an initial meeting with our new clients to enable their wishes to be understood fully and we find that this helps in rapid identification of suitable homes. It also has the added benefit of developing the business relationship with the client and/or their representatives. Providing the distance to the client meeting is within our area of search there is normally no charge for this initial consultation and no obligation upon the client.
